We have a dedicated Training team, who deliver this programme from the moment consultants join the company, whether as a Trainee through our Academy, dedicated to the discovery and training of new talent, or through bespoke training for more experienced employees. As a result, every member of our staff is consistently working towards the next stage of their career, in line with their individual career plan. This ensures continuity of service for our clients, with the majority of our senior team having developed through our training programme.

All our training is delivered to best practice standard and covers all core requirements, including Employment Law. Legal and Compliance training is compulsory throughout a consultant's career with us. We develop and run mandatory training schemes to reflect the changes in UK employment law, such as Agency Worker Regulations. As a result, all our consultants are fully versed in the legal and compliance challenges faced by employers in the current market and every element of our service is in line with UK law.
