We utilise a diverse range of traditional, digital and networking techniques to continually enhance these networks, which is why we are confident in our ability to find you the right candidate.

Online Testing & Assessment:

Advantage Resourcing has an in-house testing suite which enables us to assess and benchmark our candidates' core competencies against a variety of skill sets. All testing is conducted online and can be accessed remotely; this enables candidates to log on at the most convenient time for them to complete their registration, resulting in a faster screening process. The suite can also be utilised for training, allowing our candidates to develop their skills throughout their job search.

Our training suite can be personalised for individual clients or used to carry out benchmarking exercises among your current workforce.

Market Report & Salary Survey:

In the early stages of creating a job specification, Advantage Resourcing is able to provide advice and support in creating a competitive package which attracts the best candidates while offering value for money.

To support this service we produce a bi-annual Market Report & Salary Survey, an in-depth view of each specialist market informed by our ongoing research and your experiences. This report is provided free of charge in PDF or hard format and highlights trends and changes in the market over the previous six months, alongside accurate benchmark figures market rates.

Payrolling:

Advantage Resourcing provides an outsourced payroll function to help our client's manage their temporary and interim workforce.

By outsourcing their payroll function, our clients have the ability to pay temporary and interim workers that they have sourced and selected internally, or through a third party, through one centralised system. Our payroll service also helps clients remain abreast of their obligations under AWR through the provision of weekly MI that highlights, in good time, situations where a candidate's legal status is due to change.

Referencing:

Advantage Resourcing has a full-time, in-house referencing and compliance team. All our candidates are referenced in excess of the suggested REC standard with three or five year's full referencing, depending on industry requirements. The team ensure each candidate is fully compliant with UK law, carrying out in-depth identity and right to work checks before submission.

Our compliance team can work in collaboration with our client's own in-house processes to meet bespoke compliance requirements within the requested timeframes.

Seminars & Training:

Advantage Resourcing believes that working in partnership with you means looking beyond a successful placement to deliver continual improvements to your wider recruitment processes.

As a result we offer a variety of training days and client workshops, free of charge, to help your internal recruitment and HR staff upskill.
