Description

Advantage Resourcing is seeking candidates to apply for an Employee Relations advisor.

This will be a fixed term contract position for 12 months and will be located in the Bedford, Norwich and Chelmsford bases covering these sites. The main location of the role will be Bedford but will also be covering other sites such as Norwich and Chelmsford.

 

Salary on offer will be up to £31,365 per annum for 37.5 hours per week, 9-5. The role will be office based

 

We are seeking candidates that can be HR specialist on the health agenda for Change terms and Conditions (T&C) relating to people management.

To provide professional and specialist HR advice/support on Healthcare T&C and employee relations matters to management , trade unions and staff across the Trust.

 

To advice on the terms and conditions and implications on the development and implementation of HR policies and health initiatives.

 

Operate in specific Human Resource areas, providing support and advise to managers on the T&C queries and implications in those areas.

 

In addition, the post holder will undertake developmental and operational project work, both with devolved responsibility and in supporting other team members.

 

We are seeking candidates to be a

 

  • Graduate member of CIPD or equivalent level of experience.
  • Must demonstrate commitment to personal and career development e.g. employment law, best practice and national initiatives.
  • Previous healthcare experience (NHS)
