£14.70 PAYE/ £18.61 Umbrella

As a Supply Chain Professional, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the Customer Operational requirements across our Platforms. You will be required to co-ordinate and deliver customer requirements within stringent timescales. Interaction with key stakeholders across all business functions is integral to the role.  

The position is primarily based at Samlesbury however travel between sites & to the Logistics provider locations may also be required in the future.
This role will provide you the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and will give you the opportunity to grow within the team and company.
Your main responsibilities as a Supply Chain Professional will involve:

  • Working to ensure correct management and progression of assets through the IFS App7 toolset as well as any required IEDB part loading and query resolution requirements.
  • Working closely with the Order Book Management and Logistics Teams to ensure timely delivery of the required items through the DLC and onto ITS (PDA Process) for processing for onward shipment to KSA, working to tight Scheduled manifest timescales.
  • Liaising with International Trade Solutions (ITS) based staff to ensure timely equipment availability for shipment.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain is essential to the role, in particular strong IFS App7 skills.
  • Knowledge and previous use of IEDB database would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the ITAR/EAR regulations are essential.
  • An understanding of the wider procurement ordering systems will be advantageous to the role.
  • Ability to build and foster robust and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and key suppliers is essential.
  • Flexible, self-motivated and have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
