Following an extremely successful and charitable year, we have raised just over £18,000 which includes supporting our nominated charity ‘Whizz-Kidz’, alongside a number of different appeals, charity days and personal achievements of our employees.

Advantage Resourcing is an active member of REC and adheres to their code of conduct. We work to continually motivate and educate our people, so we can guarantee that our clients work only with dedicated, knowledgeable and incentivised consultants, trained extensively to industry best practice standard.
All those involved in our internal recruitment process, including HR, Senior Management, and Hiring Managers undertake training about the Equality Act and its implications for recruitment. This course is obligatory for all members of staff who have hiring responsibility and they have to log a written comprehension of the training, actions and their responsibilities with HR following the event. The training is repeated whenever a new hiring manager joins the company. In addition, all our consultants on joining the company, at any level, have to attend obligatory Recruitment Law training, including a thorough model on the Equality Act 2010 and the responsibilities it creates for the consultant.
