Customer Services Manager / Team Leader - Contact Center -22.00 - 6.30 - Southampton 
A market leading, digital bank is seeking an Overnight Customer Services Manager for their vibrant and rapidly growing customer support team. 
You will be equally challenged and rewarded in a busy role overseeing a team of advisers identifying and resolving customer queries regarding online bank accounts and payments. 

Duties include:
- Act as a leader and coach for the customer services team
- Exercise and share your expert level knowledge of customer services and query resolution
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Train, educate and nurture the team's knowledge base 
- Act as a point of escalation for any complex customer care issues

Essential experience includes:
- Team management / team lead experience within corporate customer services 
- Preference for working overnight hours 22.00 - 6.30 
- Experience working in banking/ FinTech / FCA regulated environment preferred 
- Knowledge of TCF guidelines and excellent problem solving skills
- Flexible, creative and adaptable approach to a busy workload gained from working in a fast paced business
