This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join a leading Engineering company working within the software sales team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be working from an email inbox system, when an order is placed, you will then create the order in the relevant programs.

  • Document customer interactions information
  • Build a professional relationship with customers to increase loyalty
  • Provide prompt assistance to customers through various media (phone, email, letter, Siebel, and fax).
  • Resolve customer issues through a broad understanding of processes, systems, and practices.
  • Escalate more complex issues providing documentation through process.
  • Support quality improvements and response targets.
