£300.00 - £320.00

Job Description:

A large Investment Bank is recruiting for a Client Service Analyst to join a growing team. The successful candidate will need to hold strong Excel skills, have the ability to handle large volumes of data and have an interest in infrastructure markets.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Ownership and maintenance of Investment Team's track record and performance reporting system
  • Responsible for supporting the Investment Team with data requests ranging from handling cash flow data to deriving insights from large data sets
  • Supporting fundraising through the completion of RFPs, DDQ and inbound investor/sales queries
  • Draft and/or review all client communications for various products including newsflashes, acquisition factsheets, formal communications, webcast and quarterly reports
  • Co-ordination of the production of formal quarterly reporting package by gathering portfolio-level and market updates from portfolio managers, asset managers and finance teams
  • Co-ordination of quarterly investor templates & review and distribution
  • Ensuring client requests are answered accurately and the various teams are managed through the process to ensure the content is delivered within the appropriate time frame
  • Update of marketing materials (pitch books, teasers) and management reports on a quarterly basis
  • Completion of industry surveys and consultant questionnaires
  • Assisting with investor/consultant due diligence for fundraising initiatives
  • Project Management of various IR related projects and tasks as they arise such as distribution list maintenance, webcast co-ordination etc.


    The successful candidate is likely to have:


  • High proficiency in Excel, with ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet
  • Familiarity with private markets investments (Infrastructure, Private Equity, Real Estate) preferred; with a clear interest in infrastructure markets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail & experience in financial services preferred
  • Degree in quantitative, finance, economics or information systems discipline is preferable
