Our recruiters are adept at delivering through a number of different routes to hire, including individual search and selection or through a third party provider. Teams of specialists include Banking & FS, HR, Engineering, IT, Crone Corkill Secretarial and Accounting and Finance.
- XPO - is a Talent Management Solution providing its customers with services including; Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO); Managed Service Programs (MSP); payroll and functional outsourcing for Corporate divisions.
Each of our key accounts has a dedicated Account Manager to ensure that we are able to develop the strongest possible relationship with you and that your in-house team are always able to reach someone who has an extensive knowledge of your organisation and requirements. The development and management of this relationship will be tailored to suit your needs, and we are experienced at managing recruitment partnerships remotely, via portal, or directly. Also where volumes require it, we are able to provide an on-site presence.
Each of our locations has access to a full technical testing suite and the capability to confirm candidate skill levels across a number of vital skillsets. We host in-depth pre-submission interviews to create a full candidate overview for your in-house interview team, highlighting potential areas of strength and weakness for each candidate in relation to the role under discussion.
