If you work with Advantage Resourcing at any point, you’ll probably cross paths with Emmah. She’s team leader for our Compliance and Customer Care department, which means she’s responsible for making sure that your new role’s the onboarding process – including screening and checks – is carried out as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Emmah and her team also deal with internal compliance projects – making sure that the projects and processes needed to make the contracting journey work well are up to date, relevant, and ready to support our candidates.
With over 5 years of experience in compliance, Emmah is continuing to upskill by studying for her Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship with an embedded CMI management qualification.
When not focusing on work targets, Emmah’s a big archery fan!
