Lisa has an extensive background in recruitment spanning over 25 years. Originally within European supply chain and logistics, before moving into the healthcare arena, where she created a healthcare brand, via organic growth and acquisitions in the temp and perm markets.
Previously, she worked as a National Director for SAGA/Allied – one of the largest Care Providers across the UK.
Over the past 6 years she has relaunched and rebranded a well-known, successful staffing business (Search Consultancy), and grown their geographical footprint and service offerings into the temp, contract and perm markets.
She lives in Yorkshire with her husband, James, and 16-year-old son Cameron, their three dogs Stan, Daisy & Dora, and their horse Cobi.
