Canary Wharf – 5 days onsite
Are you an expert in professional client handling and relationship building?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle client interactions with finesse and professionalism.
- Manage diaries efficiently, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Communicate with executives in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements seamlessly, even in the face of frequent changes.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in your role.
- Champion expense policy adherence and cost control initiatives.
- Maintain a polished, composed demeanour under pressure.
- Drive banker’s schedules and optimise their time effectively.
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with relevant systems (e.g., Concur, eSource, CWT).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through to completion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Willingness to occasionally provide coverage for colleagues within the team.
