General Counsel
The Business:
- Energy SME based in Liverpool
- Backing from an ambitious HNWI
The Role:
- Management of all legal engagements across the business, ensuring all contracts are in place for customers
- Manage all external counsel engagements
- Monitor and report on compliance obligations
- Sit on the senior leadership team and guide all legal matters
- Report directly into the CEO who founded the business and is very passionate about the sector
Benefits:
- Salary: £85k – £90k
- 15% – 20% bonus
